for this tutorial, we are going to resize a picture. in my case, I need to re-size the aviator I made in my previous tutorial, so i use that as an example.

i promised someone to try and write a tutorial on how to make an aviator, using irvanview... i hope its no problem that i use an extra program to get the aviater square and the right size...
