posted re-written text with all info on 2008 competition page.
some updates done on the nominating rules, one rule added, please re-read.
some things got added to the faq.
added a link to us page
updated the look of the links page a little to fit the rest of the site.
nominations form added.
contact form got re-scripted, it works again.

reijiro did the writing of all the text on site, coding and uploading done by me.
